Campus Showdown – Terms & Conditions

1. The ₹3 Lakh Cash Reward is strictly performance-based and will be awarded only if the following conditions are fully met by the college club:

   • A minimum of 2,000+ verified participants attend the event.

   • The event generates ₹3 Lakhs or more in gross revenue.

   • The college club achieves 1,00,000+ impressions through pre-event promotions on social media (Instagram & LinkedIn), verified via platform insights.

2. If any of the above criteria are not met, the college club will still be eligible for revenue sharing Module under the following conditions:

   • Revenue sharing will be calculated only after deducting all event-related expenses including Prize Pool borne by Campus Showdown and the hosting club.

   • The entire net profit (if any) will be shared with club 50% as per the terms and conditions set out. 

3. Final eligibility for the ₹3 Lakh reward is subject to:

   • A compliance and quality audit conducted by the Spotwon Operations Team.

   • Formal approval from Campus Showdown Finance Department and Strategic Partnership Department.

4. Campus Showdown reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withhold the reward or revenue share in cases of non-compliance, misreporting, or operational breach.
